King Charles III and Diana, Princess of Wales, are the parents of William and Harry. Charles is married to Queen Camilla. Camilla is Charles’s wife; she is not William and Harry’s mother.
William and Catherine’s branch
Prince William, The Prince of Wales, is Charles and Diana’s elder son. He is married to Catherine, Princess of Wales. Their children are Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.
Harry and Meghan’s branch
Prince Harry, The Duke of Sussex, is Charles and Diana’s younger son. He is married to Meghan, Duchess of Sussex. Their children are Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.
Anne, Andrew and Edward
Anne, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and Edward, Duke of Edinburgh, are Charles’s siblings. The interactive tree begins with their parents, Elizabeth II and Prince Philip.
Anne’s children and grandchildren
Anne and her former husband, Captain Mark Phillips, are the parents of Peter Phillips and Zara Tindall. Anne is married to Sir Timothy Laurence. Peter and his former wife, Autumn Phillips, have two daughters, Savannah and Isla. Peter married Harriet Phillips, formerly Sperling, in June 2026. Zara and her husband, Mike Tindall, have three children, Mia, Lena and Lucas. The five grandchildren are listed by the Royal Family; Anne’s official biography and Reuters’ wedding report document the current marriages.
Edward’s family
Edward is married to Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh. Their children are Lady Louise and James, Earl of Wessex.

Family relationships and the line of succession
A family tree shows how people are related. The line of succession is the order in which eligible relatives stand to inherit the throne. After King Charles III, the first seven places are William, George, Charlotte, Louis, Harry, Archie and Lilibet. That order was checked against the Royal Family’s official succession guide on September 27, 2026 and should be checked again whenever the page is updated.
